How do you tell the story of an institution that underwent massive, unprecedented change? You tell it in an unprecedented way.
After a year of closed stages and a devastating hit to the arts due to COVID-19, the Kennedy Center knew its FY 2020 Annual Report had to look different than those of the past. My team pivoted to tell the story of how the institution rose to meet a new world. Bold headlines, integrated movies, and inspirational language created a poignant narrative of how "the show must go on," even in times of challenge.
